Season 2

S2E11: The One with The Lesbian Wedding

Now You've Seen Everything!

In this episode Carol & Susan get married, which Newt Gingrich and Ross have a real attitude problem about. Monica’s on board because she gets to cater it! Phoebe has the spirit of an old lady living inside her, which is like, been there amiright?! Joey debuts on DOOL! And Rachel’s mom drops quite a bomb on her. Tune in to hear it all!

Sooooooooo Ashley was right!! (Ok technically Ben was right, but we’re a team). Technically Renee is right too… the others are replicas of the original. There are SEVEN Statues of Liberty around the world! They are in Norway, Denmark, Massachusetts, Las Vegas, Birmingham, Brazil, and 3 in Paris!

In case you, like us, had no idea who Soupy Sales was. He was an American comedian, actor, radio/television personality, and jazz aficionado.
Joey demonstrating Smell the Fart acting.

S2 E10: The One with Russ

Russ, Ross – Ross, Russ. It’s David Schwimmer vs. David Schwimmer on who can, uh, guh, cheayh…. take the longest to get, like, a sentence out? We see Fun Bobby get sober and significantly less fun, and we hear about DOOL for the first time!

Did you know it was just Ross with some great prosthetics? Many fans weren’t sure, and he even credited “Snaro” as the actor to keep the prank going. Maybe it was just Bob Saget….

On this episode of “Where Are They Now?”, we found this fun interview with Fun/Ridiculously Dull Bobby!

S2E9: The One With Phoebe’s Dad

It’s Christmas time in NYC! That means we’ve got Christmas cookies, ugly naked guy’s Christmas balls, presents that can be purchased from the gas station, and a tropical themed Christmas party. Tis the season!

S2 E8: The One With the List

This episode is called… Two of Them Kissed Last Night. Wait, that’s not right. It’s The One with Betty, Neil and…. Lulie. Ross and Rachel kissed, Ross is an idiot and makes a pro/con list (great for deciding where to go to college, not so much on girlfriends), Rachel finds it, and it’s a whole thing. We see the beginning of Ross’ obsessive behavior. Chandler gets a 1mb computer to store this single word document and feels the pain of pre-wifi printing. Oh yeah, and Monica tries to make Mockolate work.

I looked this guy up! He's in a ton of stuff. I think I recognize him from the Brady Bunch Movie and Spinal Tap LOL.

If you’re interested, here are the lyrics to “Two of them Kissed Last Night”.

I found this fun article about Monica’s best food moments. Mockolate made number 9 haha!

Have you ever been in a Julie/Rachel situation? Have you had people “Contact Your DM’s”, as the kids say? 😛

Also, most importantly, what’s your Wine/Oreo combo with your besties?

S2E7: The One Where Ross Finds Out

Monica mysteriously has cat toys, and we talk about our own Fluffy Meowington (Mr. Fluffy, Ashley’s favorite cat visitor).

Our Favorite Rachel Monologue!

Ross? Hi, it’s Rachel. I’m just calling to say that everything’s fine and I’m really happy for you, and your cat… who, by the way, I think you should name Michael. And, you see there I’m thinking of names, so obviously I am over you. I…am over…you, and that, my friend, is what they call closure.

S2 E6: The One With the Baby on the Bus

Chandler & Joey turn out to be the worst babysitters ever, Ross is a baby about getting a shot, we profess our love for Publix (nothing new here, Rachel has to fire Phoebe and then get her rehired with some cash to entice her, since Stephanie knows all the cords….

Guys, these are the Sungold Kiwi's! They're SO GOOD! Available for sure at Trader Joe's, Publix, and Kroger.
Does anyone else remember the Saved by the Bell murder mystery episode?
Lisa wears this really fab dress, which she also wears to Jessi's fathers wedding in Palm Springs! Don't ask me why I remember that.
Here's a kiwi-lime pie recipe, unless you're allergic like Ross and want to avoid the squirt gun epi-pen....

S2E5: The One With Five Steaks and an Eggplant

We’ve got steak, we’ve got eggplant, we’ve got Hootie & The Blowfish, and we’ve got uncomfortable conversations about money!!

Let us know – have you ever had this awkward situation with money with your friends or family – where you didnt earn as much/couldnt spend in the same way as others, or where you tried to gift someone and they were unreceptive? We want to hear about it! Click “contact” in the top right of this page and we’ll get your email!

Present day Darius Rucker, for those of you wondering!

S2 E4: The One With Phoebe’s Husband

Live from Palm Springs one more time! We discuss Phoebe’s husband who thought he was gay but turns out he is straight, the secrets come out (YAY!), the gang watches Joey’s feature in a porno, and Rachel gives Ross “advice” about Julie.

We discuss Ashley’s general dislike for Rachel’s selfishness, how we think this is why Ross overcompensates for his sex life, and how Renée almost married for a green card (and another time for free tuition – whoops).

More BTS of us in Palm Springs!

Enjoying some of the delicious food & drink in Palm Springs. Take us back!

S2E3: The One Where Mr Heckles Dies (Live from Palm Springs – Part 1)

These two best friends are live in Palm Springs! Mr Heckles dies and leaves everything to the “noisy girls downstairs”, Chandler fears for his future, Monica is controlling, and Ross can’t let the little things go. So basically, everything is normal…. except Renée and Ashley are TOGETHER!

A little BTS of the reason our audio sounded so amazing (HA!)
Crashing the Parker Hotel in Palm Springs, pretending we are fancy. (Spoiler alert: we are not)
The FRIENDS book we mentioned that Renée read! Linked here.

S2 E2: The One with the Breast Milk

Ross is freaked out by people trying the breast milk, Monica has a secret new shopping friend (her name rhymes with Bulie), and Joey faces off with the fastest perfume spritzer in the west (of the men’s department). Have you ever tried breast milk? Neither of us have, but we also aren’t opposed/freaked out by it. Ross FREAKS out (what else is new?) and only wants to try it so that Susan doesn’t have anything to one-up him. We talk about kids on milk cartons, here’s a pretty good article talking about how it worked and how it lasted less than 6 years! https://www.factinate.com/editorial/milk-carton-kids/   Did you have a “password” for adults other than your parents to pick you up? Renee’s was ‘Dallas Cowboys’ and Ashley’s was “my mom will pick me up even if she’s dead so there is no password. hahaha. Tell us your password, and better yet, if you ever had to use it! Also, “Bijan For Men” is a real cologne! And apparently still available on Amazon if you’re interested in picking some up for the outlaw in your life 😛 And after much debate, “Bijan” means “Hero” in Persian (not French lol) We also deal with the cattiness of Rachel in this episode. Ashley really is hating on Rachel in this episode, but Renee thinks Julie is part of the passive-aggressive problem, too. What do you think? Team Rachel or Team Julie?
