S2 E12 and 13: The One After the Superbowl

Eat Us, We're Done!

Welcome to this season’s two-parter, Episodes 12 and 13, The One After the Superbowl. We’ve got sports, we’ve got cameos, we’ve got animals (ugh Marcelllllll is back), so let’s get into it!

So first thing’s first – we learned that Friends is leaving Netflix (US) in 2020, so here is a link to buy the complete box set on DVD from Best Buy! (also available in Canada and Mexico, just find your local link).

Since it is currently 2019, you might not want to buy DVDs. You can buy seasons on iTunes ($20 each).

No word on when Friends might leave TVNZ streaming service, so… maybe everyone move to New Zealand? You can get your All Birds here too, win win!

Introducing - the celeb cameos:

Up first: Chris Isaak. "Um, pick a manlier note please." We love your falsetto, Chris.
Brooke Shields really nailing the crazy stalker vibe! Someone give this woman her own sitcom!
Here's a bonus pic of Brooke's great animal print outfit that we would totally wear present day.
This isn't the best pic of Julia Roberts's cameo but it does have the restaurant name on the menu showing! Fun little Easter Egg.
Here's the little sliver where you can see Chandler's boxers peeking out. Come on costume department!
Jean Claude van Damme, the Muscles from Brussels, with his 2 fave ladies. Where's Drew Barrymore?
Taj Mowry! Top left is as Teddy in Full House, bottom left is as TJ Henderson in Smart Guy, and right is present day. Nice glow up Taj!

Fred Willard and Dan Castellaneta were the two zoo employees. I didn’t bother finding pictures sorry, let us know if you really want their pics.

And since we know you’ve been waiting for it, here’s Outbreak 2: The Virus (not Monkey, sorry) Takes Manhattan.

S2E11: The One with The Lesbian Wedding

Now You've Seen Everything!

In this episode Carol & Susan get married, which Newt Gingrich and Ross have a real attitude problem about. Monica’s on board because she gets to cater it! Phoebe has the spirit of an old lady living inside her, which is like, been there amiright?! Joey debuts on DOOL! And Rachel’s mom drops quite a bomb on her. Tune in to hear it all!

Sooooooooo Ashley was right!! (Ok technically Ben was right, but we’re a team). Technically Renee is right too… the others are replicas of the original. There are SEVEN Statues of Liberty around the world! They are in Norway, Denmark, Massachusetts, Las Vegas, Birmingham, Brazil, and 3 in Paris!

In case you, like us, had no idea who Soupy Sales was. He was an American comedian, actor, radio/television personality, and jazz aficionado.
Joey demonstrating Smell the Fart acting.

S2 E10: The One with Russ

Russ, Ross – Ross, Russ. It’s David Schwimmer vs. David Schwimmer on who can, uh, guh, cheayh…. take the longest to get, like, a sentence out? We see Fun Bobby get sober and significantly less fun, and we hear about DOOL for the first time!

Did you know it was just Ross with some great prosthetics? Many fans weren’t sure, and he even credited “Snaro” as the actor to keep the prank going. Maybe it was just Bob Saget….

On this episode of “Where Are They Now?”, we found this fun interview with Fun/Ridiculously Dull Bobby!

S2E9: The One With Phoebe’s Dad

It’s Christmas time in NYC! That means we’ve got Christmas cookies, ugly naked guy’s Christmas balls, presents that can be purchased from the gas station, and a tropical themed Christmas party. Tis the season!
